Holiday Gift Idea /// Upper Metal Class

I realize that almost all of my gift ideas are directed at, well, myself, and people like me. I promise I'll try to switch it up! But for now, I had to share this shop, Upper Metal Class, that I stumbled upon on Etsy. How perfect are those little diamond earrings? And the skulls?! YES!



So far I'm happy to say that I've done about 90% of my holiday shopping on Etsy! I know a lot of people are shopping on there now too, but I think some people forget or don't realize that you can buy really high quality beautiful pieces like this too. Such a great shop!

Etsy Finds - The Rocker Shop

It's been a while since I did an Etsy Finds, but this one was worth the wait. I'm IN LOVE with The Rocker Shop. Seriously, where has this place been all my life?



They had me at the Ramones tank, but the baseball tees? Um, I need them. All of them.

Modern Baby Goodies

This week I've been finishing up a little batch of ADOP nursery painting commissions that came in, it's been so much fun! I love all the different colour requests that I get. I am partial of course to this one, loooove the black and white.



All of these nursery requests have had be thinking a lot about Ben's room and the cute little things out there that I would love to get. Of course I turned to Etsy and found some of the cutest finds for modern babies. I created a little treasury of them, take a look!

Saige Wisdom Obsessions

Sara is having not just another Obsession link up, but this time she's hosting a giveaway!! EEEP! I couldn't resist!

Alright, so this is what I chose as my Etsy must have item, a black and white pillow cover. I need it. It will be so cute in our living room. Or bedroom. Or thrown on the floor. With juice spilled on it.


Since it took me 17 years to actually choose something from my Etsy favs, I thought I would list a few others here as my current obsessions, Etsy edition. Oh, how I love Etsy.





Okapi Infinity Scarf. These things are always pretty cool looking but this one is extra cool. I may just have to order one of these for the fall. Love.

Big Number Three print. Because it's black and white. And there's a big number. That's all.





Saturn ring. So pretty. I'm actually not that into jewellery normally, not the super fancy stuff anyway, but this kind of thing I love.





Hand-painted canvas shoes. How cute, right? I could so see myself wearing these in my busy life (to the mall).





Geometric tea towel. I have a weird obsession with tea towels. I want all of them. Including this one.

Etsy Finds - Jenna Sue Maps

I found Jenna's Etsy shop a while back and bookmarked it immediately. 


Her modern, graphic maps are the coolest. They are available in tons of sizes and colours, and she will do a custom city upon request. 


Amazing!








I am planning on ordering a map for sure, and have been trying to decide which one I wanted for a while now. I was been leaning towards Milan, simply because it looks cool, but then I noticed that she has Montreal, and that's where Billy and I went for our honeymoon, so I think it's the one! Which one would you choose?

Etsy Finds - AMradio

As a part of the Etsy community, I would like to help fellow Etsy shop owners get a little extra exposure and show people cool things I happen to find there. Seriously, Etsy is amazing. 


So with that, I'm launching a new regular feature called Etsy Finds. Here's the first one! (No, it won't have a regular day, that's too much commitment for me). 


I first stumbled upon AMradio when I was working on a treasury, and I fell completely in love with this geometric mobile. Have you ever seen anything so cool?






They have a great selection of modern and vintage items. Now I just have to figure out where in my house I can hang this thing, I think I NEED IT.
