A commissioned painting for my father.

My Dad is easily my toughest critic, and I mean that in the best way possible. I feel like if I can paint something for my dad and he likes it, well, then it might actually be good.


My parents recently redecorated their home and needed a nice big piece to go above their fireplace. No one I know loves Salinger more than my Dad (I come in a close second), so we thought this just made sense.



An ode to Catcher in the Rye. And FYI to any lawyers out there (because I'm sure you all come in droves to my blog) I didn't charge him a thing for this so I don't think I am in trouble...though I'm 100% not certain of that.


To anyone else out there, just an FYI that if you have something in mind that is completely different from my normal work, send me an email anyway! You never know, I just might surprise you.
